Advanced breathwork is a powerful physiological tool. If you attempt intense breath retention and long, extended exhalations without preparing your body first, you won’t feel calm—you will feel strained, anxious, and out of breath.

That is why our signature breath curriculum is intentionally designed across three distinct, mandatory phases. We don’t just teach you an exercise; we safely prepare your nervous system, your blood flow, and your lungs for true transformation.

Phase 1: The Foundation (Why We Start with the 6-Second Belly Breath)

Before you can hold your breath or meter it out smoothly, you must learn how to fill the container. Most people in our fast-paced modern world are habitual chest-breathers. We take shallow, rapid breaths that signal a state of constant emergency to our brains.

In Class 1, we strip away the complications and focus on one beautiful, vital skill: a smooth, 6-second inhalation deep into the lower abdomen.

We don’t move past this stage until your body can comfortably and consistently command a 3-liter oxygen flow. Why? Because drawing in that volume of air forces your diaphragm to drop, stretches the tight intercostal muscles around your ribs, and floods your bloodstream and muscles with oxygen. This instantly improves physical mobility, eases stiffness, and begins the vital process of flushing out the daily toxins and free radicals we take in from our food, air, and water.


Phase 2: The Bridge (Why Box Breathing is Mandatory)

Once your lungs have developed the elasticity to handle a 3-liter volume, we introduce the concept of stillness. But we don’t jump straight into the deep end. We build a bridge.

In Class 2, Box Breathing is mandatory.

By practicing an equal 4:4:4:4 ratio—inhaling for 4 seconds, holding for 4, exhaling for 4, and holding empty for 4—you train your nervous system to stay completely relaxed when the breath stops moving. Holding a large volume of air can initially trigger a subtle panic response in beginners. The mandatory 4-second box normalizes this stillness, safely building your mental stamina and teaching you precise control over your exhalation.


Phase 3: Advanced Mastery (The 4-7-8 Sequence)

Only when the foundation is solid and the bridge is crossed do we graduate to Class 3: The Advanced 4-7-8 Practice, repeated for 7 continuous rounds.

Because you spent time mastering the basics, your body is completely ready. You can inhale for 4 seconds effortlessly because your abdominal capacity is there. You can hold for 7 seconds with absolute peace because the box breathing removed the panic reflex. And you can smoothly exhale for 8 seconds because you have cultivated total control over your diaphragm.

This advanced sequence acts as a profound reset button for the entire human system. It shifts you entirely out of fight-or-flight mode, offering immense benefits across every generation:
