For the student ready to go beyond the basics, we offer a focused 12-week Sadhana to deepen your practice. This is the path of moving from Paśu (bound soul) to Pati (liberation).
The Structure:
- Weeks 1–4 (Foundation): Focus on hygiene, ethics, breath, and basic mantra.
- Weeks 5–8 (Deepening): Longer meditation sessions, pranayama, and devotional practice.
- Weeks 9–12 (Integration): Sustained silence, retreat days, and approaching a teacher.
Daily Routine:
- Morning (20–40 mins): Wake before sunrise. Practice Mantra/Japa and single-pointed meditation.
- Midday (5–15 mins): Mindful breathing or gentle Nadi Śodhana (alternate nostril breathing).
- Evening (20–40 mins): Reflective reading of trusted texts and “witness consciousness” meditation.
Note: This path requires steady consistency rather than extreme effort.
