1. What is the proper technique for meditation? Sit or lie comfortably. You may want to invest in a meditation cushion. Close your eyes. Make no effort to control the breath; simply breathe naturally. Focus your attention on how the body moves with each inhalation and exhalation.
2. When the Mind Wanders? This happens to everyone! Simply notice what distracted you, then take a moment and pause. Start with slow breathing to return to the center.
3. Why do I cry after meditation? Crying during meditation is normal, and you should feel no shame. It shows that you are getting in touch with your emotions and becoming self-aware. Whether you are crying tears of joy, gratitude, sadness, or anger—let the tears flow. It is part of the cleansing process.
4. Can meditation be dangerous? While rare, some individuals with severe trauma may experience anxiety. Always consult your master or guru before starting deep practices.
