- The Action: Interlock the three smaller fingers and connect the index fingers and thumbs.
- For Kids: Tell them they are making a “Biological Battery” to charge their brain.
- The Science: This balances the left brain (logic) and right brain (creativity). It calms the Ida (Lunar/Cooling) and Pingala (Solar/Heating) channels so energy can enter the center.
Step 2: Understanding the Side Streams (Ida & Pingala)
- Ida Nadi (The Blue/Cooling Flow): Runs along the left side. It represents the Parasympathetic nervous system (Rest and Calm).
- Pingala Nadi (The Orange/Heating Flow): Runs along the right side. It represents the Sympathetic nervous system (Action and Energy).
